Hi Kotze, Thank you for your feedback. I can understand your frustration, we are more than happy to contact you to go through this and to try and resolve it. Account numbers cannot be provided to anyone, this company policy. If any staff member did so they could lose their job. Carriers do occasionally miss pickups, this could be due to running out of time, trucks being full or one of many other reason. If this ever happens please call as and we will happily contact the carrier and re-book the collection. But this must be handled by our staff. Couriers and freight is open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday if you would like us to give you a call during these times I can arrange a manger to contact you directly today? I joined and your site indicated if you join you receive upto 30% discount. I actually paid more after joining. What is going on, most confused, did I miss the discount option? Thank you
