We switched to Couriers & Freight for all our logistical requirements some 3+ years ago to get more flexibility shipping our local deliveries and a small volume of import and exports in the footwear business. What a joke, your website will not allow me to enter more than 37 characters into the delivery address. Even after abbreviating the address it could not be submitted. The address was typical of any physical business address. I called your contact number and your staff advised me they are aware of the issue and that I would not be able to send the envelope. Guess you have enough business not to worry about such trivial issues.

Absolutely blown away by not just how easy it was to use the site and book in my delivery, but at how fast it arrived - interstate ! Perth to SE Qld in around 36 hrs ! After such a run around by a number of other courier services, this was unebelievably pleasant experience. Thanks so much !

I did use the service and was told I would get my refund in 21 days, it has now been 3 months and I am still waiting for my refund. I cancelled the service as I waited at home for the courier to collect the bag between 9am - 2pm. I called at 1pm to find out where the courier, they could not tell me when they would be collecting hte bag. I told them I need to collect my child from school and was told that if the courier came while I was out I would need to pay again for the collection service. I cancelled my booking. Still waiting for my refund. I will never use them again. :-(

Hi Kotze, Thank you for your feedback. I can understand your frustration, we are more than happy to contact you to go through this and to try and resolve it. Account numbers cannot be provided to anyone, this company policy. If any staff member did so they could lose their job. Carriers do occasionally miss pickups, this could be due to running out of time, trucks being full or one of many other reason. If this ever happens please call as and we will happily contact the carrier and re-book the collection. But this must be handled by our staff. Couriers and freight is open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday if you would like us to give you a call during these times I can arrange a manger to contact you directly today?
