There are 2 types of accounts.
An administrator account is a user account that lets you make changes that will affect other users.
Administrator has access to everything under Member and Administrator and also access to the Insurance Tabs (at the top) in the administrator area of the Couriers and Freight website. The administrator has access to Invoices information, Member history, Reports (KPI Reports) and Customer Services such as Before You Ship, Shipping Documents and Packing and Shipping. Besides the Administrator also has access to the Insurance tab on the dashboard. On the insurance tab the administrator will have access to tasks such as buying insurance and getting insurance quotes.
The Administrator has complete access to the account allowing him to perform many administrator tasks.
Member only has access to the Member and Administrator Tabs.
The member account has access to Invoices information, Member history, Reports (KPI Reports) and Customer Services such as Before You Ship, Shipping Documents and Packing and Shipping on the members tab. In addition the Member also has access to the Administrator tab on the dashboard. What’s different to the member account is that the member account does not have access to the insurance tab in the dashboard like an administrator account.
